TRAINING COURSES

Management and Staff Training Course programs have become well established within the industry. We firmly believe that establishments renowned for their high standards of service, incorporate training within their culture and it is due to this activity practiced day in - day out that they outshine their competitors.  Apart from the Hospitality Industry, many other companies that focus on customer attention can benefit from our Training programs.  We offer short training courses and also more in depth training programs depending on your requirements.

Training Courses Grants:  EU funds 2007-2013 – Malta to invest heavily in research, tourism and training.

Malta will be investing heavily in the coming years in order to boost its economy with a particular emphasis on research, tourism and training.... (Times of Malta Wednesday, 14th May 2008)

EU funding is a great opportunity for companies to gear up on their staff's training.  MHCS has already been involved in such training in the form of the HOTSME Leonardo Project over a 30 month period. 

'The aim of this project is to address the needs of hotels in the European Union, with a special reference to smaller accommodation establishments where there is lack of training opportunities. This project provides managers and other employees of small and medium hotels the opportunity for continuous professional development through workplace learning.'
