The marks allocated by the system highlights strengths and weaknesses and allows for comparison between different services or aspects, historical comparison, and even formation of league tables between different outlets or even staff members. Equally, subsequent reports will measure the effects of action you might have taken following the last inspection, and they will serve as confirmation that your staff are the right ones and that the business is on course for bigger and better things.

Become a Mystery Shopper
First of all.. what is a mystery shopper?
A mystery shopper is a bit like an undercover agent. You visit a store or make a phone call just as any
regular customer. In the meantime, you observe everything you see and hear around you:
infrastructure, facilities, staff attitude to clients etc..
Becoming a mystery shopper is easy. All one needs is a good level of education, ideally minimum A Level standard; a good eye for detail; discretion and be flexible with his/her time.
