MHCS offers the Developer practical knowledge
of the operating features of a hotel or
catering property or operation and the
capability of working with architects,
producing feasibility studies, reports and
other requirements to prepare the road for PA
authorization.
We provide working layouts for each department
of a hotel and can conduct arrangements for
entire HR operations including the engagement
and training of the staff.
Similarly, the
Owner of an existing property will benefit

physically upgrade the product or to effect an
organizational change in part or to the whole
of the systems of operation.

MHCS has been
directly involved in the planning of
a hotel of 120 rooms and preparing
the necessary documentation for
obtaining planning permission;
managing the pre-opening HR
requirements of a prominent 5 star
hotel, the Radisson SAS Bay Point
Hotel, and running a management
change program for the Kennedy Nova
Hotel when it upgraded from 3 to 4
star. Additionally it has carried
out employee audits, internal in
house training courses and on the
catering side, planned kitchens,
restaurants and fast food operations
including the catering on board the
new Gozo Channel Ferries.
