An established 3 star hotel in the St Julian’s area is looking to recruit a Food and Beverage Manager
The applicant should manage the restaurant and bars, maintain food cost, sales and HACCP standards. He will be in charge of all aspects of the food and beverage operations including revenues and inventories.
The applicant should be fluent in Italian and should speak at least one other foreign language other than the English and Maltese language.
Preference will be given to candidates who have a diploma from the Institute of Tourism Studies and has more than three years’ experience

Full Time Accounts Officer
One of our clients is looking to recruit FULL TIME ACCOUNTS OFFICER VACANCY
This role calls for a flexible, hands-on, organised and extremely focused individual with an eye for detail.
The ideal individual would be able to work under pressure, whilst still meeting strict deadlines, be able to work on own initiative, and be a team player.
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the chosen individual will be responsible for:
- performing general accounting functions;
- updating cashier reconciliations;
- processing payments;
- debtor chasing;
- any other related duties as set by the Financial Controller to ensure the smooth running of the company’s finance section.
Candidates should ideally have an O Level in accounts and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience in a similar role would be considered an asset.

Action any other aspects to fulfill the operational needs of the business.
